dc.description.abstractNon-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most common lung cancers which is identified as the second leading cause of mortality globally. In this era of customized medicine, it is increasing the importance of coming up with potential biomarkers to treat the NSCLC patients. The purpose of this study is to identify potential biomarkers which are involved in non-small cell lung cancer by using bioinformatics tools. In Particular, I identified three genesets GSE11969, GSE8894 and GSE33532 from three countries Japan, South Korea and Germany based on two cell types to generate the research. The identified genes are differentially expressed genes and with the analyzing their activities and regulations are implemented by the bioinformatics tools. As a result, I found 215 uncommon DE genes from three countries.The uncommon genes were analyzed for functional annotation along with pathway analysis by using DAID tool to enrich biological processes, cellular components and molecular function. The Protein-protein interaction (PPI) network of the DEGs was analyzed to visualize the hub genes that showed the gene CDK1 is having a strong association with other genes.en_US
