dc.description.abstractThis paper focuses on the recruitment process and the poor working conditions of the RMG sector of Bangladesh. To address the issues this paper discussed about the contribution of the female migrant workers to the growth of the RMG sector of Bangladesh. As the female migrant workers are covering a greater portion of the RMG sector, their contribution should be highlighted. After highlighting their contribution, the paper found the migrant female workers are leading a vulnerable life despite the larger contribution in the economy. Due to lack of addressing formal recruitment process, exploitation, verbal abuse and lack of compliance rules and regulations in the factories. The existing literature did not address the relationship between the recruitment process and the working conditions of the RMG sector in depth. The paper showed the relationship.en_US
