dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to investigate the satisfaction level of students at Asian University for Women (AUW), Chittagong, Bangladesh. This study focuses on 3 aspects such as Perceived Quality (education quality, and quality of student life); Perceived Value (expenditure); and Recommendation Willingness Level. A questionnaire of twenty four items was used to measure Student Satisfaction Index (SSI) at AUW. A sample of 83 students including 61 campus students and 22 day scholar students from multiple undergraduate levels and different dormitories was used to collect data. Most of the questions in the questionnaire used a scale of 1-10 with the very dissatisfied – very satisfied to rate the satisfaction level of students. Besides, with each question, respondents were asked to explain more why they rated this score. The study concluded with recommendations to increase student satisfaction index by improving education quality and quality of student life.en_US
